These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ORIA website and your purchase of products from ORIA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

ORIA makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, materials, and photographs accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on a customer’s screen and lighting conditions.

Natural stones, handmade glass, vintage components, and multicolored beads may vary slightly in color, pattern, texture, shape, and size. These variations are not necessarily defects.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are displayed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. ORIA may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable operational concerns. If payment was collected for a cancelled item, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally prepared within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.

ORIA currently ships within the United States only.

Unexpected delays will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Customers may be contacted to approve a revised shipping date or cancel an unshipped order for a refund.

RETURNS

Eligible necklaces and bracelets may be returned according to the return rules published in the ORIA Help Center. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items specifically marked Final Sale are not returnable.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot ordinarily be applied after an order has been completed. Promotions may have expiration dates, minimum-purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other limitations stated with the offer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original photographs, written content, graphics, branding, layout, and other original materials belong to ORIA or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without authorization.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, interference with website security, unauthorized data collection, or infringement of another person’s rights.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

ORIA does not guarantee that the website will always remain uninterrupted or free from technical errors. Website features, products, prices, and content may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, ORIA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas, without limiting any consumer protections that apply under other applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
